Many of our members have already discovered the benefits of working with a personal trainer. From designing a customized workout plan to providing ongoing motivation and support, our personal trainers are dedicated to helping you achieve your specific fitness goals. Each new HPFC member receives a complimentary one hour orientation session with a certified personal trainer. Safety and Education - The Howland Place Fitness Center personal training staff are all highly trained and educated fitness professionals whose first and foremost goal is to provide you with safe training techniques.
