When she began training with Tim: Began weight training 2 xs per week in November 2007. Ran Half Marathon in New Bedford on March 16, 2008. Finished in 2:22.

Why did she seek out a personal trainer? Wanted to fit back into clothes she had “outgrown”. Also wanted to become stronger and healthier (at her age, strengthening can help prevent osteoporosis).
Client’s goals and how they were achieved: Weight loss and toning arms and abs. Achieved by cardio 2-3 times per week and strength training.

Client’s comments regarding working with Dawn: “Dawn has been excellent to work with. She absolutely caters to my goals and knows where I am coming from. When needed she would modify any exercises due to problems with my back.”

Client’s Goals: To loose weight while husband was away for 5 months. Lost 60lbs on her own. Since training with Dawn, has lost 17.

Why did she seek out a personal trainer? She was not only looking to improve herself, but she is a competitive archer and was looking to build up strength and stamina.
Client’s goals and how they were achieved: Weight loss, has done well with this for the past year. Accomplished by strict dieting and exercise.
When client began training with Larry: about 2 ½ years ago. Her biggest achievement was met these past 10 months with her weight loss. She is still continuing her program.

Why did she seek out a personal trainer? After year of training on an individual level, sought out personal trainer after she quit smoking with the hope of losing 10lbs. Also, to build up her endurance.
Client’s goals and how they were achieved: To reduce body fat and inches, also to increase muscle mass. Achieved with a proper balance of diet, weight training, and cardio. Lost 8lbs in 2 weeks.
When did she begin training with Larry: Long term partnership but recently reconnected within the past month in order to achieve latest goal of increasing muscle mass and decreasing inches.
Client’s comments regarding working with Larry: “No nonsense. He goes by the mantra “go deep or go home”. Larry has helped me to understand the value of a good diet and exercise plan.”
