AMP’D ABS - Tired of doing the same basic crunches? In just 30 minutes, an intense, rock solid AB workout for the results you want!  AB endurance movements not only working your abdominals but also strengthening your powerhouse. Amp’D Abs is a must-have in everyone’s fitness regime! Attend before or after your cardio workout.  No frills, just drills!

CARDIO BUTTS & GUTS – This heart pumping lower body strengthening class does it all! 8-10 minute cardio intervals with 8-10 minute toning circuits. Work those hips, legs, buns and lower back for a super strong core and heart.

CARDIO KICK- A great cardio workout that builds strength and confidence. It will increase your endurance, strength, and flexibility. With easy to follow fun combinations that build lean muscle and burn fat.

CYCLING - High-energy cardiovascular built up of steep hill climbing, sprints and intervals. This class is a serious calorie burner while transforming the lower body. Recommended Equipment: Gel Bike Seat

PILATES -Is a series of exercises performed on a mat with emphasis on integrating all the muscles of the body with all movement originating from the core. Pilates helps create long lean muscles, improves flexibility, balance, and muscle control. It also helps to relieve lower back pain by strengthening and stabilizing the core (abs and back) muscles. This class will provide a safe but challenging workout.

PURE PUMP - We are going to pump you up! Great mix of cardio drills and strength training. Get your body jumping and your heart pumping with this combo class.

SharQui BELLY DANCING – It is a total body workout that will get your heart pumping while you celebrate femininity and feed your soul. It fuses the most body-loving and soul stimulating elements from the art form belly dance with the burn that an aerobic workout can offer. By blending the best of both worlds, SharQui gets you to feel good on the inside and out.

SPIN & SCULPT - Spin & Sculpt....is the best of both worlds!  Burn mega-calories with an intense half hour of cycling, then enjoy 30 minutes of upper body strengthening and toning!

THE MIXER – This exciting 60-minute workout combines a moderate to high intensity cardio workout with strength training. Enjoy combinations of kickboxing, step intervals, and strengthening all in one fun session.

ULTIMATE SCULPT – Easy to follow gym style movements meant to build lean muscle, strength and endurance while using weights, steps, body bars, straps and much more.

VINIYOGA -A Therapeutic and individualistic approach to yoga, incorporating Vinyasa through the use of repetitious movements in and out of posture. This highly adaptable yoga is good for students with physical limitations or injuries.

WASHBOARD ABS – Functional Core Training Class to effectively train toward that “Washboard” appearance, this class will challenge your muscles with exercise variations, progressions, postures, and equipment. You will learn “the reason behind the movement” and train your body smarter to both see and feel the results.

ZUMBA - Zumba fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program that will blow you away. Zumba fanatics achieve long term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in one exhilarating hour of caloric-burning, body energizing, awe-inspiring movements meant to engage and captivate your life!

KIDFIT CLUB - Bring your children to work out with NBC’s Biggest Loser, JAY KRUGER! He will get your kids healthy and fit with a combination of jumping jacks, parachute, relay races, and much more! This class will provide lots of physical exercise that many children do not get today!

KIDS TAE KWON DO - Tae Kwon Do is a modern martial art, characterized by its fast, high and spinning kicks. They learn fast reactions through games, learn to respect others, and learn to know their abilities as well as recognize and work on their limitations. The mental and physical exercise provides discipline, concentration and helps to keep the mind and body focused on positive thoughts and activities. 
Appropriate for ages 4 -14 years old.

THE HOLLYWOOD WORKOUT - The ultimate 90-minute celebrity workout is a results-driven, cross training experience straight from the red carpet, focusing on functional strength in an interval-training format to maximize fat loss and build long , lean muscle.

POLE DANCING FITNESS – Suspension training is the latest buzz word in the industry; that is, working against one’s own body weight to develop core strength, joint stability and muscular flexibility. Pole Dancing adds a “spin” of playfulness and sensuality to the cutting-edge class format! Be part of sport history, as “Vertical Pole” makes its debut at the 2012 Summer Olympics in London.

SENIOR STRENGTH & FLEX - This class consists of a total body workout with weights, plus a balanced list of flexibility exercises just for seniors!
