  Group exercise classes are groups of people working out, enjoying physical fitness and having a lot of fun! Aerobics has come a long way and we offer all the old-time favorites along with the latest trends and cutting edge options. Classes are held Monday - Saturday 8:30AM -8:30PM offering exercise programs and fitness workouts to suit everyone!
