Linda sought out the help of a personal trainer as she wanted to sustain proper knowledge and techniques in fitness and body building. Her goal was to gain lean muscle mass. Linda began training with Simon in September of 2003 and after one year feels that she has achieved goals that we never imaginable. Linda plans to continue to maintain her healthy and strong body, while working towards one day competing in women’s bodybuilding.
