However, the payoff of is an incredible way to improve your body as well as your mind. She likes to make each session challenging, yet fun (exercise can be enjoyable!). Everything in moderation and always try to make a little time for exercise!

She is a versatile athlete who has excelled in both figure and fitness competitions. Today Erica’s true passion is helping people make the right choices to achieve a healthier lifestyle. She has the ability to adapt her training sessions to challenge the beginner or motivate her most advanced clients to reach their goals.

Cedric grew up playing sports and has learned that through hard work, discipline, and dedication anything is possible and that you can achieve your goals. Based on his experience in the Exercise Science Profession, he hopes to further educate his client’s on the importance of strength and conditioning, along with maintaining healthy nutrition.

Benefits to Working with Cedric as a Personal Trainer: Sharing his knowledge of proper lifting techniques, stretching, and basic biomechanics. Cedric includes the use of Olympic lifts, kettle balls, free weights and plyometrics with his program design. Most importantly he uses the proper standards and safety regulations of the NSCA when training his clients and athletes.

Bonnie Kilpatrick

Bonnie was a head athletic trainer for 3 years at Cohasset High School and also worked as an A.T./P.T. aide for 1 year at a physical therapy clinic. Bonnie likes working and helping clients through specific injuries in order to gain strength and muscle back. She is very familiar with Kinesiology and proper technique when working with a client.

Kim is a seven year breast cancer survivor. Therefore she understands the physical limitations and abilities that the disease and treatment can cause. That ordeal was a huge wake up call for her to start taking better care of her body and health. Kim has been working out for many years and decided to become a group fitness instructor and personal trainer to share with others her zest for exercise. “Fitness isn’t a goal you reach…it’s a journey.”
