Cedric includes the use of Olympic lifts, kettle balls, free weights and plyometrics with his program design. Bonnie was a head athletic trainer for 3 years at Cohasset High School and also worked as an A.T./P.T. aide for 1 year at a physical therapy clinic. Bonnie likes working and helping clients through specific injuries in order to gain strength and muscle back. She is very familiar with Kinesiology and proper technique when working with a client.
